Important! We will use the details you enter to populate your agreement with Mellow and accounting documents.

Country: The country where the company is registered.

Company name: The full name of the company (for example, TMS SolarWeb Ltd).

Brand name: The company’s brand, or the name of the project.

Legal address: The company’s legal address according to registration documents.

Postal address: The address for receiving accounting documents.

Registration number: The registration number according to registration documents.

VAT: An actual VAT number

Bank account number: The company’s bank account number.

Currency: The currency to be used in task payments.

For clients from the USA, completing the W-9 form is required.
