Companies based in the US will also need to fill out a W-9 form, and companies registered outside the US (including Canada) will need a W-8 form – typically W-8BEN-E for entities. Once that’s done, your account is activated and all features become available.
The main sections of your account:
Dashboard – the main screen, with tasks that need your attention, quick actions, and a payments summary.
Contractors – a list of your contractors, their contracts, and their statuses.
Contracts – creation, signing, and storage of contracts.
Invoices – automatically generated invoices that you can pay, view, and download.
Wallet – balance, currency conversion, transaction history, and recipient management.
We cover each section in more detail in separate articles. If you have questions or need help, write to us at [email protected].
