As a part of the procedure to add a wallet to your Mellow account, we will send you a text message with a one-time passcode. This will be sent to the phone number listed on your Personal details page.
You cannot make a payout to a wallet that does not belong to the account owner. The name and surname of the Mellow account user must exactly match the name and surname of the wallet holder.
The instructions to add a WMZ wallet:
Go to the Finance page of your account, Payment methods tab
Click Wallet WMZ
Enter the one-time code sent via SMS or messenger. This is sent to the phone number you registered with
In the secure terminal please enter the details of the e-wallet: the full WMZ number, starting with Z
After reading the offer agreement, click the checkbox to agree with the service’s Terms of Use
Click Send wallet.
Withdrawals to WMZ e-wallet
When you withdraw money, you will be shown the amount to be credited in USD according to the conversion rate of service.
The instructions to add a Payoneer wallet:
Go to the Finance page of your account, Payment methods tab
Click Wallet Payoneer
Enter the one-time code sent via SMS or messenger. This is sent to the phone number you registered with
In the terminal please choose your wallet currency: USD or EUR
After reading the offer agreement, click the checkbox to agree with the service’s Terms of Use
Click Link. You will be prompted to the Payoneer website where you can link your wallet and finish the process.
Important! Minimum withdrawal amount to Payoneer wallets: 1250 EUR or $1500 USD.
