How to top up company’s balance

Creating invoices and funding your Mellow account

Only a company administrator or users with the Create new invoices permission can top up a company account.

To create a new invoice, log in to your Mellow account and follow these steps:

1) Click "Top up" under your company's name and current balance.

2) Enter the top-up amount (including the Mellow commission). Choose the payment type, choose the currency and press "continue".

If you want to credit your balance in advance, you can use the following formula:

Top-up Amount = Freelancer Remuneration (Unpaid Tasks) + Mellow Commission

Example: You need to pay your freelancer EUR 100, and your commission is 3,5%. In this case, the invoice amount should be EUR 103,5.

3) Click Generate invoice. The invoice will be downloaded automatically, and also you can always download it manually under Documents → Invoices. If you made a mistake when generating the invoice, you can delete it in Statistics and generate a new one.

4) We will credit your once the funds reach our bank account. Please note that your bank may charge a fee.
