Before assigning tasks to freelancers in Mellow, you need to provide an operating address where your company is based. This address is used to calculate the correct tax when assigning task prices.
Please note! An operating address can be filled only once. If you need to correct it please contact support via chat or email [email protected].
The address window appears automatically before posting new tasks to freelancers, if it hasn't been filled in previously.
In the address window, you can use autofill if your actual operating address matches your legal or tax address, or enter it manually.
Please note! The address field requires your actual business location — P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Once you have entered all the details and clicked Save, a pop-up will confirm that your address has been saved successfully.
You can later review it in the Company section.
