If you don’t remember your password you can change it by using “Forgot password” function. Click on Sign in button on the Mellow homepage.
Press "Forgot Password?".
Select a method to restore access:
“Restore with phone” or “Restore with email”.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Continue.”
Enter the country code and phone number associated with your account and click “Continue.”
Enter the confirmation code from SMS and press the "Continue" button.
Check your email or phone, depending on the method you chose, and then enter the confirmation code.
Set a new password. The password must be between 8 and 20 characters long, including at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and a special character (!@$%^&*()_-+).
After entering the password, click "Continue".
