As of January 12, 2026, withdrawals to bank cards issued in the Russian Federation are no longer available. To withdraw funds, you must provide the details of a Russian bank account opened with one of the banks from the list of verified institutions.
To provide a successful payout we recommend adding only VISA or MasterCard. The instructions for adding a bank card please read in the article Linking a bank card

You can use a bank card issued in a country different from the country specified in your Mellow profile / your current country of residence for withdrawals.
For example, if your profile country is Germany, you can link and withdraw funds not only to cards issued by German banks, but also to cards issued by banks in other EU countries or to cards issued by banks in any country that are opened with one of the banks we support.
You can check whether your card is supported in the “Tested bank cards by country” section. It contains the BINs of cards that have successfully received payouts.
It is not recommended to add the following types of cards:
No name
Business
It is not allowed to add the following cards:
Swedbank cards;
Bank cards issued in Canada;
Prepaid cards;
Payoneer cards;
Cards issued by banks in the USA;
EPAYMENTS SYSTEMS cards;
ELO cards;
DBS Bank India Limited cards;
UnionPay cards;
Bybit cards.
Revolut cards
Withdrawals to Revolut cards are not available for freelancers residing in the Russian Federation.
For other users, the availability of withdrawals to Revolut cards depends on your agreement:
TMS Agreement — withdrawals to Revolut cards are not available.
FRWD Agreement — you can link a Revolut card and use it for withdrawals, as payments are processed through a different payment partner.
You can check which agreement applies to you in your account under “Documents” by opening the “Offer Agreement” document.

Please be aware that reporting documents are generated on behalf of the name of the owner of the Mellow account. So, acts of transfer and invoices may serve as a confirmation of the received income in the system only for the account owner, but not the cardholder.
