There are certain restrictions that apply to withdrawals of funds from Mellow balances, whether related to the currency, payment method, withdrawal amount, or offer agreement jurisdiction.

Important notice for CIS freelancers!

In addition to the restrictions described below, there is a withdrawal limit per calendar year:

Residents of any country in the world (except the Russian Federation) without account verification - €2,500*
Freelancers from the Russian Federation with the tax status "Self-employed" - 2.4 million rubles.

Other important info on card payments:

Supported cards include VISA and Mastercard. Depending on the country where the freelancer is based, certain restrictions may apply to the card type and/or currency. Learn more.
- Not supported both VISA and Mastercard issued by banks of the following countries: Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, USA.
- Not supported VISA issued by banks of the following countries: American Samoa, Mali, Mozambique, Venezuela, Yemen.
- Not supported Mastercard issued by banks of the following countries: Rwanda.
Not supported are bank card types Maestro, Union Pay or Payoneer cards, nor cards issue by Swedbank, or any US-issued cards.
Payments to Russian bank cards are not available. Instead of using bank cards, you must use the bank account details opened with a verified Russian bank.
If a withdrawal is made in a currency other than the balance currency, the funds are converted at Mellow's internal rate. You can view the current exchange rate in your account's Finances section, on the right-hand side. The issuing bank may additionally convert the funds into the national currency.
Withdrawal to Kazakhstan-issued cards can be made with conversion to tenge. This conversion occurs on the side of the payment partner. Details can be found in this article.
You can't use one card for multiple accounts.
Withdrawing to Canadian bank cards requires account verification. Successful payments to Canadian bank cards are not guaranteed for freelancers from countries other than Canada.

Other important info on payments to bank accounts:

If a withdrawal is made in a currency other than the balance currency, the funds are converted at Mellow's internal rate. The bank or payment partner may additionally convert the payment into the national currency.
In 29 countries, payments to bank accounts are made in US dollars. However, payment partners may convert funds into the national currency upon crediting. Payouts to certain countries will require you to first verify your account or provide tax information. Learn more.
To make a withdrawal to a US bank account, you need to contact support with a request and make sure your account is verified. Learn more.
It may take over 6 business days for the funds to arrive. The actual time depends on the work schedules of the banks processing the payment.

Other important info on payments to wallets:

If a withdrawal is made in a currency other than the balance currency, the funds are converted into the target currency ($ - for WebMoney, € - for crypto wallet) at Mellow's internal rate.
Withdrawals to crypto wallets are not available for certain countries. Learn more
Depending on the status of your WMZ wallet passport, there are daily and monthly limits imposed by the wallet's payment system.
If you exceed the daily limit, the remaining amount will arrive on the next banking day, but not earlier than 24 hours from the previous payout. The same applies to the balance amount: if it exceeds the limit, the new balance waits until the next day.
If you've reached your WMZ wallet's monthly limit, the payout will return to the Mellow balance.
