You can install the mobile app on your smartphone or use the web version on your computer or smartphone. When launching Mellow for the first time, you will need to sign in using your Solar Staff login and password. When you do that, the app will ask you to come up with a new password for Mellow.
PC and Mac users
Use Mellow's web version on PC or Mac
Go to app.mellow.io, which is the browser version of the app. It supports all of the app's features, including offers.
Mellow also has a dedicated desktop version at my.mellow.io that is optimized for large screens. For now, the desktop version lacks the offers functionality, but we will add it soon.
iOS/iPadOS devices
Option 1. Download the app on the App Store.
Option 2. Launch your browser and go to app.mellow.io, where you can access all of the app's features.
Option 3. Create a website shortcut on the smartphone's home screen. Open the Safari browser and go to app.mellow.io. Next, tap the "Share" button at the bottom of the page. In the list of options, scroll down until you see "Add to Home Screen". Type in "Mellow" in the box that opens, and the website shortcut will appear on your home screen.

Option 1. Download the app on the Google Play.
Option 2. Launch your browser and go to app.mellow.io, where you can access all of the app's features.
Option 3. Download the APK installation file (if necessary, enable app installations from unknown sources in the settings) and install the app.
Any of these options will give you access to offers, task management, and withdrawals to linked payment methods.
