Verification of freelancers in Serbia

You need to photograph the original paper versions of your documents, and then upload them in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

All four corners of the document must be visible in the photo.

Photo should not be cropped or edited.

Electronic documents need to be uploaded in their original format (PDF).

Only non-handwritten, typed documents in Serbian or English are accepted.

To confirm your address, you can upload your passport, if it contains the address;

Please take a photo of the main page of your passport fully, so that all four corners of the document are seen. If the address is mentioned on the other page, please, make a photo of the page, so that the number of the document is seen;

Please notem that the document is accepted only if it contains your full address.

The document can be obtained yourself at the police office (управа за странце) or through your landlord;

Take a photo of the original paper document and upload it as JPG, JPEG or PNG file;

The document must contain the organisation stamp;

The document must be either issued within the last 6 months, or have a valid expiry date written in it;

If the document is currently in effect, but is declined during verification check, contact our support via chat so we can check it manually.

You can obtain the document yourself at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia (Министарство унутрашњих послова);

Take a photo of the original paper document and upload it as JPG, JPEG or PNG file;

Examples of documents: any kind of bank/account statement, bank book, or bank reference;

You can create the document yourself in the bank app, website, or contact their support;

Please note that the document must contain your full name, address, and be issued within the last 6 months;

You need to upload the document in PDF format or take a photo of the paper document;

Documents from the following banks have worked well previously: AIK Banka, Banca INTESA, ERSTE Bank, Raiffeisen Bank.

The agreement must be written in typed English or Serbian language;

You need to upload photos of the pages with your full name, address, validity period and signs of both sides. If it's an electronic agreement, upload it as a PDF file and contact Support via chat so we check it manually;

If the agreement is valid, but was signed more than 6 months ago, contact Support via chat so we check it manually.

Examples of the documents: utility bill (for example СРБИJE), cable Internet bill, television bill, landline or mobile phone bill (for example SBB, mts), contract for the provision of any of the listed services;

The document must contain your name, address, the logo of the organisation;

The document itself must be issued within the last 6 months.
